Home for the Holidays

Creative Leadership / Experience / Project Leadership

Home for the Holidays is a large-scale initiative that transformed Target Field into an immersive holiday experience for the community. Working across creative, production, sponsorship, and organizational teams, I helped translate a complex vision into a cohesive experience while navigating budgets, timelines, stakeholders, vendors, and brand requirements. My role brought together creative leadership and project execution to help turn an ambitious concept into a tangible environment people could experience together.

Annual holiday experiential activation benefiting unhoused veterans, combining broadcast, environmental, and brand storytelling across a large public venue. Designed stadium screen animations, sponsor integrations, and wayfinding signage to support audience experience and navigation throughout the event environment. Collaborated with the Creative Group Director and Art Director to develop the visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across physical and digital touchpoints.
