When WCCO needed to look beyond its day-to-day work and explore opportunities for its future, I led a collaborative strategic initiative designed to uncover the organization's strengths, opportunities, and untapped potential. I brought together diverse perspectives, facilitated conversations, identified patterns and connections, and translated what we discovered into a visual strategy map. The work helped turn a complex collection of ideas into a clearer picture of where the organization could go and how its people could contribute to that future.
